Pumpkin patch

Man, I was just realizing how long it has been since I last posted! Here's some pics from the pumpkin patch this year! Note how unhappy Landon was :(  Poor little guy sure has been through a lot. When we went he was just adjusting to his new medication and he had slept the whole way there.

The porch renovations!

Here's the porch before all of the renovations began. I failed to take a picture of the marvelous golf club wallpaper that was covering a majority of the walls. But you kind of get the idea.

A visit from the Stultz family

After our visit from Grandpa and Grandma Light, the Stultz family came to town, including Grandpa and Grandma Stultz, Aunt Melissa and Anna and Isaac.  Here's a few from their visit.

Ok, ok, I know I am horrible about updating this blog. So now I'm catching up a bunch of photos. Here's some from Easter. :)

An outing :)

A perk of my job at a newspaper, sometimes we get free passes into things. A couple weeks ago we got a postcard stating it was Media day at the Science Museum of Minnesota. Reporters and their families (up to 4 people) could get in the museum for free. They had a new dinosaur exhibit, which we were particularly excited to see, and we got to see a dinosaur movie on the IMAX screen!

Was fun to get out of town for a day, and of course afterward we went to IKEA! :)

Sophie turns 6!

Can you believe it? Sophie is 6! Here's a few photos from the day of her actual birthday when we had cake at home, plus from her party with a few girls from church!
