Sophie got to try all sorts of new activities this weekend and had a blast!

Worms :)

Believe it or not, Sophie loves worms :) Considering it has rained a tremendous amount in the last month, there's been lots of them. Here she is from a few weeks ago with one. 

Sophie's preschool graduation

Can you believe it? Sophie graduated from United Preschool here in Albert Lea this week! Here's a few of her at the graduation ceremony, plus one of Landon at the end. :) This week we also got to go to an open house at the elementary school that Sophie will be going to in the fall. She's so excited!

Easter part 2

Easter part 1

I decided to take the kids to an Easter egg hunt at one of our grocery stores in town. Needless to say, it was packed, and it didn't turn out like we had expected... 

Anyways, here is Sophie ready for the egg hunt to begin!

Sophie looking underneath a shelf at the store. Because so many kids showed up, there weren't enough eggs for everybody. Sophie never got an egg, but every kid at least got a water and apple at the end. :)

Sophie turns 5!

Can you believe it? Sophie is 5!! She was so excited this year for her birthday! During the week we celebrated as a family with a cookie cake and presents from family. 

Then on Saturday, we had a party for Sophie's friends from church at Burger King. The kids played in the playpark thingy, ate cake and then Sophie opened presents. Call me lazy, but it was the perfect place to have a party with minimal cleanup. :) Sophie loved it!
